Our Story

Born from a
love of flour,
sugar, and patience.

Fancy Cakes Bakery Inc. started as a weekend passion in a small Brooklyn apartment kitchen — one oven, a handful of regulars, and a stubborn belief that cake should be an event, not an afterthought.

Today, we bake from our kitchen on West 8th Street, where every order is treated with the same care we'd give our own celebrations. No shortcuts. No shortcuts worth taking, anyway.

We source butter from local dairies, vanilla from Madagascar, and chocolate from single-origin bean-to-bar makers. The details matter because the moments do.
